DermMicro Return Policy

DermMicro has a 30-days refund policy: customers can buy the product, try it and if they are unsatisfied, they can return it within 30 days. DermMicro will offer either a refund or a replacement.

DermMicro does allow for returns on international orders.  DermMicro pays for all customs import duties and taxes when sending to a country outside of the US, and when an item gets shipped back, we do not get refunded these duties and taxes.  Given that the duties and taxes can range from $100 to $300, we simply cannot afford to have international return capability.
